NEW ORLEANS, LA — The Miss Black Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee USA Pageants are proud to announce the official host, moderator, and featured panelists for the highly anticipated CrownCode Podcast Presents: Spill The Tea Live Podcast & Send-Off Party, taking place on Sunday, July 5, 2026, from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at NOLA Station in Kenner, Louisiana during Essence Festival Weekend.
This signature event will bring together pageant queens, community leaders, and supporters for an afternoon of meaningful conversation, networking, and celebration. Through candid discussions, guests will gain valuable insight into pageantry, leadership, service, personal growth, and the responsibilities that accompany holding a title, while supporting the Miss Black Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee USA Queens as they prepare for the Miss Black USA Pageant in August.

Official Host
Charenia “Char” Woods
Ms. Black Georgia USA 2026
Serving as Host for the event is Charenia “Char” Woods, a Mississippi native currently residing in Columbus, Georgia. Char is a Human Resources Business Partner for a Fortune 500 company and was recognized as the youngest HR Business Partner within her organization before being inducted into its prestigious Circle of Excellence.
A two-time graduate of Albany State University, Char holds degrees in Political Science and Human Resources Management. She serves as Co-Chair of her company’s Employee Resource Group supporting Black professionals and is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and the National Council of Negro Women.
As Ms. Black Georgia USA 2026, Char champions her platform, “Mentally Mindful,” which promotes mental health awareness, access to resources, and community empowerment. Through leadership, service, and sisterhood, she remains committed to uplifting others and representing Black excellence with grace and purpose.
Official Moderator
Krystle Bell Saulsberry

Leading the discussion as Moderator is pageantry veteran Krystle Bell Saulsberry, whose experience spans more than 20 years as a titleholder, coach, judge, emcee, stage manager, author, actress, and entrepreneur.
A former titleholder including America’s Fit Role Model 2023 and Ms. of America 2020, Krystle is the Editor-in-Chief of Krystle Clear Pageantry and Founder of Race To The Crown, a virtual 5K promoting health and fitness within the pageantry industry.
She is also the Amazon Best-Selling author of Manifest the Crown: A Krystle Clear Guide to Pageantry Success, Affirm the Queen, and Intangible Crowns. Her television appearances include Netflix’s Insatiable, Tyler Perry’s The Oval, Divorce Court, The Wendy Williams Show, and Hallmark’s A Nashville Legacy.
Professionally, she serves as a Virtual Executive Assistant and Virtual Operations & Grant Strategist, helping organizations build systems, strengthen operations, and secure funding.

LeMaudia Strahan
Mississippi Plus America Lifetime Legacy Queen VI
LeMaudia Strahan is a proud Mississippi woman whose life reflects the heart of service and the strength of sisterhood. Crowned Miss Mississippi Plus America 2023, she continues to serve as Mississippi Plus America Lifetime Legacy Queen VI while mentoring women through pageantry and leadership development.
As an interview and onstage question coach, LeMaudia empowers women to find their voice, embrace their stories, and walk confidently in their purpose. Her service platform focuses on raising awareness for blood donation through Mississippi Blood Services. Having personally required blood transfusions due to microcytosis, she understands firsthand the life-saving impact of blood donation and passionately advocates for community involvement.
In addition to her advocacy work, LeMaudia serves as a preschool teacher at The Preschool at First Ridgeland, where she continues to nurture and inspire the next generation.
Andrea Toney
Ms. Black Mississippi USA 2026
Andrea Toney is a U.S. Army combat veteran, community leader, and the reigning Ms. Black Mississippi USA 2026. With more than 25 years of leadership experience across four countries and ten states, she is dedicated to service, storytelling, and social impact.
Andrea currently serves as Community Outreach Coordinator in the Veterans & Military Student Support Office at the University of Memphis, where she advocates for and supports student veterans.
Through her platform, Honor Her Courage, Andrea amplifies the voices of women veterans and champions empowerment through connection, purpose, and community engagement. A speaker, coach, moderator, model, and proud mother of two, she inspires others to lead boldly while honoring the journeys that shape them.
Brittany Gill
Ms. Voluptuous International 2025/2026
Brittany Gill is a business owner, licensed esthetician, advocate, and community leader dedicated to empowering women through confidence, healing, and authentic connection.
As owner of Amur Aesthetics and founder of The HealHer Project, Brittany combines beauty, wellness, and personal development to help women recognize their worth and embrace their purpose. A survivor, speaker, and advocate, she uses her platform to encourage women to overcome adversity and lead with confidence.
Brittany has been nominated three consecutive years for “100 Successful Women to Know” and has received multiple Business of the Year nominations. Her work has been featured in Gulf Coast Woman Magazine, South Mississippi Magazine, and Sea Coast Echo.

Supporting the Road to Nationals
Proceeds from the Spill The Tea Live Podcast & Send-Off Party will directly support the reigning Miss Black Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee USA Queens as they prepare to represent their states at the nationally recognized Miss Black USA Pageant in August.
The event serves as both a celebration and fundraising initiative, helping offset expenses associated with competition preparation, travel, wardrobe, community service initiatives, and national competition participation.
