Miss Black Mississippi & Tennessee USA Scholarship Pageant is the official State Preliminary for the Miss Black USA Scholarship Pageant. For over 30+ years, young women from each State has been represented at nationals to compete for this annual occasion. The Hospitality State is looking forward to one day bring home the national title to showcase to their community the hard work, determination and historic moment in history.
