Miss Black Shelby County
The Miss. Black Shelby County Scholarship Pageant is a networking system for empowered young African American ladies and women between the ages of 14-45. We promote and cultivate like-minded individuals that share amazing talents, love to serve their community, and strive for academic excellence. Join us as we award each Queen a $500 scholarship and a spot on the Miss. Black Tennessee USA State Pageant Stage.

Whitney Davis
Local Director, Miss Black Shelby Davis
Ms. Whitney Davis is a native of Memphis, Tennessee. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Communications from Austin Peay State University. She currently runs a photography and graphic design business and has aspirations of owning her own media studio. Ms. Davis has over 10 years in coaching youth in the Mid South, professional modeling and performing arts in dance. She gained her experience by professional modeling since 15.
