Charissa Taylor 

Local Director, Miss Black Middle Tennessee

Charissa Taylor is a Nashville, Tn. native. Graduating with honors from John Overton Comprehensive High School, she was also crowned Homecoming Queen her senior year. Shortly after, Charissa attended and graduated from Austin Peay State University with a degree in Finance.

 

Charissa is the owner of The Pink Sugar Funnel Cakery. She also works in the insurance industry and has held various roles as a multi-licensed insurance adjuster. As a teenager, attending modeling and pageantry classes, workshops and competing herself,  it does not stop there. Charissa looks forward to putting her skills and experience to use by working alongside the contestants, The Miss Black Tennessee USA Pageant Organization and the community!
