About the Event
The Miss Black Arkansas & Tennessee USA Pageant is an empowering state competition celebrating Black women through beauty, scholarship, leadership, service, and sisterhood. Contestants from Arkansas and Tennessee will take the stage to showcase their confidence, accomplishments, personalities, and commitment to making an impact within their communities.
Inspired by this year’s theme, “Welcome to Emerald City,” the 2027 competition will bring an elegant and exciting production to Memphis as contestants compete for state titles and the opportunity to advance to the Miss Black USA national stage in 2027.
Join us on December 21, 2026, in Memphis, Tennessee, as we celebrate an incredible group of women, honor our outgoing Queens, and crown the next representatives of the Miss Black Arkansas & Tennessee USA Pageants.
This is more than a pageant—it is a celebration of Black excellence, purpose, achievement, and the journey toward the crown.
