The official competition and crowning of the 2023 Miss Black Mississippi USA Talented Teen, Miss Black Mississippi USA and Ms Black Mississippi USA. Youth 0-5 Years old are FREE. Youth between the ages of 5 - 13 will have to pay for their tickets at the door for $20 each. We will accept card only!
