Regan Alexander

Regan Alexander is a 13 year old, 9th grade honor student residing in Canton, Mississippi.  She is the newly crowned Miss Black Mississippi USA, Talented Teen.  She is a member of her school's Speech & Debate Team, Young Women's Leadership Club, World Culture Club and a member of the City of Gluckstadt Mayor's Youth Council.  Some of her hobbies include drawing, listening to music and playing games. She is a self taught seamstress and guitarist and currently learning Japanese. Her pageant platform is, "Created to Create".  Her platform was born through her love of art. She uses it to teach youth how to use art to positively express themselves and cope with difficult times in their lives.  She also wants to educate people of the benefits of art and to inspire creativity in her community.
